Every product at R3NEW RIDES undergoes a rigorous 50-point inspection process by certified technicians to ensure safety, performance, and aesthetic standards are met before listing.
How long does shipping take for large ride-on items?
Standard shipping for vehicles typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our distribution center.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus return shipping costs.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all R3NEW RIDES vehicles come with a standard 12-month limited warranty covering mechanical defects and battery performance.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and flexible financing options through Affirm for larger purchases.
Do you offer assembly services?
Most of our rides arrive 85% assembled. We provide detailed video tutorials and printed manuals, but we also partner with local assembly services in select urban areas for a small additional fee.
